before end of june...

by end of this June luckily I still manage to post new dishes to my blog. Recently really lazy to cook becos run out of idea and mood, but when get to dinner outside dunno wat to eat... aih...><...

I tried to go simple, so i cook my dinner fried rice with egg and herbs, heated cabbage with flavoured soy sauce and lettuce with preserved onion.

Lazy...me...


After get back from GC, I just felt not in mood to cook, probably I have to get back to reality... and my entire soul still at GC or more accurately any place better than my place...

Anyway, I am still cooking...^^

This dishes I called it "日式干捞面" or "Japanese style noodle with sauce" but my fren said it more look like "lou sang". In conclusion, it is delicious that i can recall...hehe...^^

The ingredients are carrot, spring onion, seaweed, celery, peanut, french bean, onion, dried bonito & soba. The sauces are Japanses flavour soy sauce, wasabi, mayonnaise & fried onion with oil. If got sesame put some.

The process is very simple just shred all vege, cooked and dried the soba and mix everything with the sauces.

Recently just visited Gold Coast, this is the second time visit this place since secondary school but Australia is a very good country no matter which part, I likes it a lot.

During my trip, I did enjoy buying food from their supermarket, Coles, Woolworth & from Carrara market, their vegetables, fruit, meat, herbs & etc all are fantastic. Can't match with local.

Vege with Milky Sauce

I am looking for a quick preparation today, with a fast grab from freezer, it end up with this dishes.

The ingredients are carrot, french bean & leftover rice. The milky sauces ingredients are garlic, rosemary, butter, fresh milk, black pepper and salt.

The process: 1. Cut carrot into stick. 2. Give garlic a fine chop. 3. Put butter into fry pan and add, garlic and rosemary. 4. Stir fry with carrot & french bean. Add salt to flavor. 5. Take out the carrot & french bean, leave the residue. 6. Pour milk into it and add black pepper. 7. Boil until foamy and become thick, spoon out and dress onto the vege. 8. Keep about half of the sauce and add in the rice and stir fry them until dry look.

Berry Pork 19.04.09

Today is sunny day, got a good sleep last night and woke up consider early, so went to morning market to replenish stock. 1st came in mind was porridge, porridge with some carrot, onion and a pinch of salt. My flavor, hum...side dish, berry pork...that's it.^^

The ingredients are berry pork, garlic and coriander. The sauce is consists of Taucu sauce, black vinegar, glucose rice vine, salt, sesame oil and water.

The process: 1. Cut berry pork into slice. 2. Garlic chopped. 3. Mix all the sauce ingredients and add in sliced berry pork. Preserve for 10-15 minutes. 4. Fry garlic with oil under golden brown, add in berry pork with sauces together. 5. Cook until the sauce become gravy form than that's it. 6. Coriander serve on dishes.

Salad 9.4.09, I call it luxury salad...^^'''

Yesterday I do have some time, so I decided to prepare salad with more ingredients. Of course, all ingredients was in the fridge 2-3 days ago. I really hope I have a garden full with ingredients so I can pick whenever I want, aih...pretty unpset... :(

Anyway, life still full with excitement. At least, I dun need to bother watering...

This salad ingredients are mix lettuces, Japanese cucumber, carrot (under the chicken), yellow onion, chicken breast, egg & cheese (I used strong taste cheddar cheese). The dressing is consists of garlic, chili sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, olive oil, honey, black pepper & salt .

The process: 1. Boil the egg to hard then cut into 4, keep aside. 2. Mix the lettuces and put into salad bowl. 3. Slice the Japanese cucumber & carrot. Yellow onion cut into ring. Put into salad bowl. 3. Season chicken breast with pepper & salt & some oil, grill both side until golden brown. Leave for a minute then cut into small piece & put on top of the salad. 4. Slicing the cheese straight away to the salad. 5. Put the egg into salad. 6. Mix all the dressing ingredients and pour into the salad.

Bacon Mash Potato

Potato is always the best food to replenish energy and give a healthy boost.

This bacon mash potato is simple but I do impress my wife with its taste.

The ingredients is russet potato, carrot, bacon, milk and butter. Regard the proportion, please do have fun to find out with that. :) The flavour is from salt, black pepper and rosemary.

The process: 1. Cut potato & carrot into piece, mix with rosemary and steam to soft. 2. Fry bacon (cut into chip) until brown then add butter and milk. 3. Add salt and pepper to the mix and off the heat when start bubbling. 4. Add in the soften potato & carrot into the mix and mash them. Lastly, Enjoy!
